Scouts

Scouts is for 10½-14 year olds. We meet on Friday nights from 7:00 to 9:00. At the moment, 20 Scouts attend during term time.

We take part in various outdoor activities including:

Climbing	Hiking	Snowboarding	Cycling

... and many indoor Scouting activities that lead towards badges.

We have four patrols:

Wolf	Hawk	Cobra	Kingfisher

"We go on about 3 camps a year and they're great. We make camp fires, play games and loads more.

Camp fires
We sing songs and do stunts - it's great fun. Stunts are like little drama sketches, we do all different kinds.

Games
We play lots of different games. My favourite game is spotlight - you start at the bottom of the campsite and try to get to the top without getting a torch shone on you. This is done in the dark."
